Great Winter jacket

I got this jacket for my upcoming ski trip next month, and this will be my first Spyder jacket. I got it in the Armor color, sort of like a medium gray. The jacket is pretty light, and the shell feels quality made and tough enough to take some beating on winter sports. I've only been able to use it in 30-40F degree weather so far and it has kept me very warm. The size(I got medium) does run a bit looser than I like, which is good for layering if needed. The fleece liner jacket is great on its own for running quick errands on chilly days, and looks good. The system together is extremely warm as it locks in the heat, and blocks out wind, but I haven't had the chance to test the water-resistance yet. This jacket has a draw cord to make it snug around your hip area, but it DOES NOT HAVE A POWDER SKIRT as is described on this site, and I even confirmed with customer service as I thought I had gotten a faulty jacket. The missing powder skirt was definitely not a deal breaker compared to all the quality features it already has for the price. If you can get it on sale, the quality and features of this jacket are well worth it and highly recommended.
