Great pant, BUT -

MKs are sturdily constructed, and yes - pricy. But, like all other gear are an investment. That being said, I love MKs. Have bouldered and hiked in them and I know plenty of people who routinely climb, travel, and backpack in them. I have multiple pairs, which brings me to my only qualm... MK seems to have a quality control issue with their sizing (as one can see from previous reviews). Each pair of my 30x32 pants fits differently. I highly recommend buying them IN store rather than online, unless you can readily return them if they do not fit properly. Love the product, but they need to improve upon this one fault.
