I use the pack for my long runs as I am training for my first marathon. It rides on my low back with a very comfortable feel. I have filled it up with 40oz. of liquid, several GU packs, cell phone, house keys and some small items with no problems. Easy to tighten and drink from. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
