I love everything about this bag except I wish the handles were just an inch longer. It's hard to carry this bag on your shoulder if I have any sort of jacket or heavy sweater on and I'm really not a fan of shoulder straps.
I use it for a briefcase and I can fit all the stuff I usually carry in my purse, plus files and a book or two.
