Better of the Two

I've tried both the Newport and the H2's and concluded the Newport is far superior. The micro-suede insole is more comfy. The leather is far more durable than the H2's nylon which falls apart. After three seasons the traction is pretty well gone though.

Returned two pair of H2s in a year. Hoping these will be more durable...

I agree. I went through 2 pairs of H2's before switching to the Newport which shows no signs of tearing or falling apart.

Thank you for your comments, truely valued. I have had a pair of Newport and after four years is starting to fall apart. Well I will take your advice and stick to the Newport.
