Cant Complain for $35

First off its not padded like it says in the description and it doesnt have a padded strap. I do like how the interior of the bag is sorta rubber like and it makes the bag leak proof so the snow wont get my car interior wet which is a plus. Otherwise the bag is really nice for its price.
