Don't waste your money

Has anyone really tried to put a set of crampons in these bags? They are only 11" long x 5.5" wide x 3.5" high. They are good for a set of car keys, chapstick and some waterproof matches. I had to take the front points off my G12's to get them to fit. There has to be a better solution.

I wanted a bag as small as possible that my crampons would fit it in. I can't speak for for the G12's but my BD Contacts fit fine without changing the length.

I have yet to find a set of crampons that does not fit in this bag. Fully-rigid ice-climbing crampons do not, but the vast majority of crampons made since 1995 are collapsible and compact to short enough to fit in this bag just fine. If you're doing serious ice-climbing with fully rigid crampons then you want a bigger back that holds your other protection as well in any case and you wouldn't be looking at this bag.
