I bought a pair of Elan 888's last season. I skied on them two days and one of the skis decambered. I sent them back to the US distributor. I am not a parker or a hucker, just a normal skier. They would not warranty the skis. Everyone beware, why do you think they are so cheap! I recommend you do not buy any Elan equipment.

I know it has been a year, but keep calling Elan, be nice and tell them what happened. The same thing happened to one of my Elan 666 skis (it is because of the metal they use in the ski), and they did eventually replace it with a new one after a flimsy attempt to fix the old one. Hope it helps...
