Almost a Great Pack

i am going on my second season with this pack. the hydration system is great and has never frozen. i do have a beef with the taped seam on the top of the pack. it is starting to pull apart. also, the upper ski straps seem like they about to pull away form the bag sometimes. the pack advertises diagonal as well as a-frame, but i can't figure out how to attach diagonaly. overall a good pack that could use some re-design.
