Very impressed with the Mission bindings. Light, comfortable, responsive! Strapped in you really feel one with your board. As far as the sizing chart goes, I would say a 10 1/2 boot is the max for the medium bindings. It's a real snug fit (in a good way), no slippage. Easy in-&-out. If you haven't been riding with a toe cap you're missing out!
