I love these for skiing in resort - as a heavy sweater the half zip is not enough on a long tour, but is perfect in resort. I also really like that they are slightly heavier and a little warmer than some of the other Arcteryx bib options. And, as with all Arcteryx products, you will stay dry and warm through even the deepest, wettest day. If you ski powder, you have to go with a bib and you will be stoked with this choice. I have had a tiny bit of shredding on the edge guards, but that is after 4 seasons - not a major issue.
