These Rabbit Runners are the way to go for alpine and trad climbing. If there's a chance you'll need long runners or to sling natural pro, these Spectra bunnies are lightweight, durable, and are the most versatile option. If you sling runners over your shoulder, they won't get all tangled together because you can remove one by unclipping the biner holding them together - instead of pulling it over your head.

While its true that any double length runner can be racked that way, the point really is that these are double length with only the same amount of material as a normal shoulder length runner (which would need to be pulled over your head if you had them racked over a shoulder). That, and these are just cool

Any 4ft runner can be pulled off your shoulder, even under a bunch of other gear, if you know how to rack it correctly. It's actually quite simple.
