4 Star Rating

Great pack

By Ranked #94 - Weekend Packs (3000-4500 cu in) November 18, 2008

I was in Montana for about 3 and a half days. The things I love about this pack is that it is big enough to get all your gear inside that you need for that time. Everything you could need and more was in my pack. The water bottles where able to be easily reached on the side pouches. The top has a little storage for maps and something that needs to be reached easily. Side zippers to sneek something out as well as the sleeping bag compartment on the bottom. You are able to get this pack straped down solid. Solid to you and everything in your pack won't move a bit. The parts I didn't like was it is a bit heavy. My shoulders did get sore the first day but after that I was fine. I know the pack has an area where it takes your back off for lumbar suport and breathing as well as holes to breathing. But My back was soaked the whole time. And my parter's pack did a much better job at air flow. All and all it is a great 4 stars for me and for the price recomended.
