extra 1/2" adds a lot over the prolite 3 and is very comfy...i'm 6'4" am running the large pad which is bulky in the pack...but nice when out expedition style...if you're going fast and light..swap it out with prolite 3 reg or shorty cuz you aint out there for comfort
would rather they include the stuff sack though
