If you're like me, and don't like to stop playing, then I highly recommend Endurox. I swam competitively for ten years, and used this for the last two when it first came onto the market. It helped a lot. Since then, I've used it a few times when I've been not looking forward to the soreness/stiffness after a day of serious hiking or biking. The next day, I could hardly even tell that I had done a grueling day the day before. Use it if you tend to beat up your body one day and need it to perform again the next. You will notice a difference. If you're just a casual athlete, or work out once in a while, don't fork out the money for it. It's not gonna help you much in the long run.
