"Compression Sacks" - Review of Granite Gear Square Rock Solid Compression Sack

What to say about this sack? Well, it's both good and bad. My tent is now compressed to half of it's original size, my clothes are now all together in one smaller bag, and my backpack is now more organized and easier to load and unload. But, now that I have all of this "extra" room in my backpack, I bring the kitchen sink. I recommend buying a smaller backpack, once your compression sacks come in. If they could improve anything on this design, it would be to add horizontal compression straps (or maybe they already have them, I have not checked). These sacks are easy to load and unload. They come with a grab strap on the top of the bag for easy pulling out of a tight backpack. Compression sacks are definately an essential for backpack organization.
