"The best ... but" - Review of Patagonia Down Sweater - Women's

I LOVE this down jacket - it really fits like a jacket. I need something to throw over a t-shirt and still be warm and be able to move in it freely when outside with my kids and dogs. But it's starting to loose the 'down' - feathers are coming out and I'm concerned. Maybe just this jacket - I will get an exchange because I can't live without it anymore. GET IT !
