"Price V. Quality" - Review of Sierra Designs Hurricane Parka - Women's

There are only two things about this product that I am not happy with:
The hood on the size small is too small. The velcro on the sleeve tends to get caught on the velcro along the front zipper if the jacket is not zipped up.
Other than those two issues, it was a good buy for the price.
