Is the Rice Paper waterproof for wearing in the surf??

I get mine wet all the time, I work at a pool. Haven't had any trouble with cracking or even fading yet on the rice paper. Also threw them in the washing machine already and they came out just fine.

Yeah you should be fine, it will handle the surf. And if you have any problems at all, the sandals have lifetime warranty on them so you will be set either way.
