This shoe doesn't have any removable inserts. If you think about the composite parts of the sole, they are integrated and molded between EVA and outsole during the fabrication. Generally speaking, any part which has a dynamic role (cushioning, stability, rebound, etc...) must be firmly attached to a shoe, otherwise it create mechanical play on the long haul. If you speak about the insole, yes, they are removable and you can opt for a more personalized support.

If you mean the insoles, then yes. I just took mine out.
