My fairing won't fit flush on my roof for the life of me....

My fairing won't fit flush on my roof for the life of me. I've tried a million different options, but the two ends are up off of the roof while the middle of it is flush with the roof top and it looks silly. It is the size that the website told me to get but it just does not fit the way it is supposed to. My car is a 2008 Hyundai Accent (3 door) w/ a bike a ski rack on it. I got a size 171xt medium. Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you.
