Two last questions. I'm relatively tall (191 cm) but also thin (87kg). Is the long the proper size for me? Does this bag fit into the North face Terra 60 backpack?
Thanks

If you look at the sizing chart, you are just on the very edge of the regular, which is fine. Also note that the long size gets wider than the regular. I would go with the regular size. The bag does take up quite a bit of room, but it will fit into your pack. It all depends on how light you plan on packing. Consider compression straps to lessen the bulk.
