anyone skated/longboarded in these? are they too hot and sweaty? id assume that the bottoms are made more for walking around town but that they would grip fine on a board.

They probably good for 50s and below, otherwise they are too warm.

I've never skated these or any Gravis but I've skated enough shoes like this to know they are heavier for skating. I'd go with a Vulcanized rubber sole for gripping on a skateboard. You'll never go back to a cup sole again. You'll most likely find more selection on Dogfunk.
