Go to a local Maui Jim dealer (eye Dr or sunglass specialty) and they can order the part in for you no charge!

Take a look at their website, sounds like they stand behind their products and are happy to help. They don't ship out parts, but you can send them in to get fixed. http://www.mauijim.com
