Have tried on the Terra 40, and it fit well. Would like to drop down to this daypack size Terra 30, but want to know if it will be too small. I'm 5'6" (back measurement about 18"). Thanks.

Joe- The frame is the same size, the volume is the only diffrence. It should fit you the same as the 40.
