Does anyone know where these bags are made? Also, how would this compare to a Western Mountaineering Apache MF?

The Phantom bags are made in China. Both the Apache and the Phantom 15 are rated as 15 degree bags. The Phantom uses 800 fill... the Apache 850 fill. The Phantom has a 3/4 length zipper (the heaviest part of the bag!) The Apache has a full length zipper. The regular length Phantom weighs 879grams. The regular length Apache weighs 930grams. The stuff size of the Phantom is 8x14. The stuff size of the Apache is 8x15. Mountain Hardwear utilizes tuck stitching in most of our bags (more durable.) I do not believe that Western Mountaineering does... correct me if I am wrong. Both companies make beautiful bags that will definitely keep you warm. You will be happy either way. I think the biggest noticeable difference is the length of the zippers... oh, and Phantom costs less $$ than the Apache. Hope all this info helps!
