Which size should I get?!? My waist is a 34" and I wear a 34" length inseam in pants. Obviously need the long, but should I get MEDIUM long or LARGE long?

I also wear a 34 - 34, and large long is the way to go.

Depends on how you want it to fit. Medium will be more trim and Large will be baggier. I would suggest Large for freedom of movement.
