If I am 6'0" exactly, should I go with the regular or the long? Would I be cramped in the regular?

i'm about your same height, and i bought the long. another benefit of the long is that you can toss clothing, gloves, batteries etc in the foot of the bag so they don't get too cold on chilly nights.

go with the long. I'm 6'0 exactly, too, and I've tried Marmot's regular size and I can't stretch out to full length inside the bag.
