Any heel chafing?Do these run wide enough to go down 1/2 size or whole size? any stretching after extended use?

These shoes seem to be being made bigger over time. My pair from 2006 fits perfectly. The 2007/08 pair is a little big but still workable. The 2009 pair is too big! Yes, I would say go down a size.
