what is your return policy for an item on sale like this? and because the color is discontinued. if it doesn't fit well or if i don't like the color, can i return for refund?

You can return any item you buy at any time, discontinued be damned. You'll get refunded whatever you pay for it, sale price or otherwise. You just have to pay return shipping.
