I have a Western Mountaineering 20deg down sleeping bag, and have lost the stuff sack. What size of the OR Helium Quick sack should I buy to fit the bag?

I'd say get the [1], try it out, and if it's too small, get the [2]. I'd also get a dry+compression bag to be sure it didn't get wet and to compress it smaller than you can with a cinch cord.
