Scarpa T2 Lady Telemark Ski Boot - Women's

Hi, I have T2 Lady Telemarks that are right before the T2x. I wear size 7 women's. My T2s are mondo 23 and they are toooo small -- they kill my big toes. I also have T1s in 5.5 (before wmns existed) and also T3s in 4.5-5 (before wmns existed) and they both fit fine. What size do you recommend for this T2x? or do you recommend going with men's sizing and boots?

I am a US women's 7 (37.5) in street shoes. I have a low volume foot. I tried the 22.5 (in scarpa same shell size as 23!) and they are too small. I'm a downsizer so I wanted them to fit. I went up a shell size to the 23.5 (same shell as 24, apparently scarpa is different than some boot makers) and I think it will work.
