If they are too tight or too loose can I send them in for a new pair?? How is this site as far as customer service?I usually wear a size 11.5 shoe.

well, they usually return anything. sweet costumer service. I would suggest going down 2 sizes (or I guess 1.5 would be okay) from your street shoes. Yeah they're going to be really painful, but trust me in 4 weeks or so they'll fit like a glove.
