A bike will not fit in this tent upright and I am not sure why it says that it is suitable for bike touring. The tent in our line that IS suitable for bike touring and in fact was designed with that in mind is the Ghisallo 1. Check out the Ghisallo 1 on this site and know that a fully loaded touring bike can be concealed in the vestibule! Also, it is alot lighter as well. Good luck. Hope this helps!
