these do come in white. in fact I have a pair that are white with blue lenses. i got'em off steep and cheap for $65. nice set of shades, but they are a little bit narrow from top to bottom and do let in a little light on the sides

The Costa Del Mar Rincon in White was discontinued, but you may be able to still get one on Steep & Cheap.

These don't come in white. As far as finding an alternative, there are hundreds of frames out there, you're going to have to look around.
