I tried the ultralight TCUs when they first came out and was not impressed. They shortened the overall length by almost an inch from the older models which limited the reach by that same amount. Does anyone know if Metolius began making them a little longer since they started producing the ultralights? Don't get me wrong, I love TCU's but I preferred the longer ones even if they are a little heavier. Has anyone else noticed this?

I did notice this. I have the older style of these, and my bro ordered the ultra lights and I compared them. The only cam out of the #1, 2, and 3 to have a different length was the #1. But other than that, like Ryan said, their fine.
