Im 6'3'' and 295lbs and this bag fits nicely. I wouldn't dream of getting anything other than a long bag.

You should definitely go long for someone 6'3". I am also 6'3", and long is the only way to go. The Mammoth is a 20 degree bag, the Goliath is essentially the same bag at a 0 degree rating.
