Write your question here...Going to live long term in northern Mongolia. I'm 56 and an afternoon hiker. The climate is cold, dry and windy. Winter 6 months, averaging 10 - 20 below. Want both an insulated, around-town jacket and shell for over fleece while on hikes. Can you advise?

I'm quite confident that this won't be warm enough for -10 without some serious layering.
