Do these pants shrink when washed and dried? I am 5' 7" which length should I buy? The regular fits perfect now. Thanks, joan

These pants are 100% synthetic, so they should not shrink. Personally I usually don't put my synthetics in the dryer, but if I do, they do in low heat just for a few minutes. It really seems to extend the life of these types of products.
