It is incorrect to say the bags are equally warm because they have the same temp rating. The previous reviewer is correct: "The warmth is NOT identical. The pinnacle is EN rated down to 10°F, while the Helium is EN rated to 16°F." Check the Marmot site for this info.

The warmth is NOT identical. The pinnacle is EN rated down to 10°F, while the Helium is EN rated to 16°F. The 15° rating is a guideline, the EN testing certifies them to actual values. The slightly higher quality down in the helium, lack of a neck muffler, and lighter-weight fabric makes it lighter.

They are both rated to 15 degrees, so the warmth is identical. The difference is due to the quality of the down - the helium is 850 fill, a finer down with a better warmth to weight ratio. So it weighs a bit less and will pack down smaller. Also if you're looking at the helium eq, it's water resistant, which is great if you're backpacking in wet areas. They're all great bags though.
