I'm 5'9, sleeve length seems to be about 32 in., and have a small bust. I usually have trouble with sleeves being too short. Should I get a medium or large?

Hmmm... you might be more comfortable with the large. The only thing is that it might be a little roomy in the body of the jacket. But, if you are going to layer under it ever... this might not be a bad thing. Good luck!
