I have a pair of BD skins that are about 3 years old. The glue is coming off the skin and sticking to the ski. Any Suggestions?

If the front side of the skins are still in good shape, then you should reglue the skins. You can buy glue sets, and then follow the instructions from there. It can be a time/labor intensive endeavor so many people just opt to buy a new pair. When glueing, be sure to remove all the old glue first- as per the directions.
