Write your question here... I'm 5'3", 34B chest, size 4-6 in regular clothing and usually wear a small in jackets, but am afraid this one would be too tight. Any suggestions on sizing? I don't wear a ton of layers for boarding generally, but don't want the jacket to feel restrictive in any way...

I always size up in jackets, for comfort and mobility. Whether you have one or four layers, I'd rather a looser jacket than not being able to move my arms as much. It's really a matter of opinion. A small will fit, but yes, you may be restricted a bit when layering.
