Why does this watch eat batteries...I have had mine since February...

Why does this watch eat batteries...I have had mine since February and I replace it once a week at least...Is there a different battery to use other than the standard 2032 you get from the store....

ya suunto has a special battery for the core it lasts months longer than the generic store brand- get it at rei or other reck stores

if you keep it in auto mode it will drain the battery really quick so try keeping it in altitude mode most of the time
