Will this be good for me? I will use it for college. I will carry my laptop and bunch of books. Will it look bulky/like a turtle shell if there isn't a lot of books in it?-Thanks

I think you'll surviveThis is a great college pack and carries a laptop and books no problem. It has bottom an side compression straps so that will reduce the turtle effect when you don't have much in it.
