LED Type : TriplePower (3-watt), 4 SinglePower Lumens : 100 Max Distances : 100 m (TriplePower LED), 23 m (4 SinglePower LEDs) Max Burn Time : 145 H (TriplePower LED), 164 H (4 SinglePower LEDs) Batteries : 3 AA included, NRG compatible Weight Without Batteries : 116 g, 4.1 oz IPX Rating : 4 copied from bd's site. so 100 lumens...not as much as the princeton tec apex pro 130 lumens and much lighter. good lamp, but i think you'd be more satisfied with the p-tec. i have both and i always let my friends use the bd while i hold onto the p-tec apex headlamp.

No you cannot operate both the 3-watt bulb and the 0.5-watt LEDs at the same time. The Icon features 7 modes: high, mid and low for the 3-watt bulb & high, mid, low and strobe function for the four 0.5-watt LEDs. Black Diamond did not spec Lumens, but instead provide Distance on high. DISTANCES- 3-WATT LED: 80 meters 4 SUPERBRIGHT LEDs: 23 meters
