im 16 years old 5'4 and 115 lbs. and the color i want they only have in girls so should i get a large or x-large????

my daughter is 13 but she's 5'7" and 120 lbs. I bought the girls large for her last year. The only thing that doesn't fit this year is the sleeves. They are a little short on her now. She is tall with long arms so you can probably get away with the girls large
