I have pretty flat feet (sore arches) and wear orthotics in all of my shoes (running, walking, dress, etc). How will these do for my feet? I have heard that I will not have to wear orthotics, and that the arch in a Dansko is extremely supportive. I really want them -- will they work for me?

Yes Miranda I wear Danskos (specifically Suri is my favorite) that has the same exact sole as the Sienna. I too have trouble with foot pain, and sore arches and heels. I do not need my ortho inserts in these and no longer get cortizone injections for the heels since wearing Danskos! Danskos are a god-send! Good luck, ell worth the investment!

Normally, I wear orthotics for flat feet/bunions. I do not have to wear orthotics in my Dansko clogs. My feet do not hurt at the end of the day. I wear them exclusively in the fall and winter at work.
