Will this product charge the, "Hydro Photon SteriPEN Adventurer Handheld Ultraviolet Water Purifier," as opposed to purchasing the, "Hydro Photon SteriPEN Solar Charging Case," that takes 2-5 days to charge? If it does, then about how long would it take to charge SteriPEN?

It will charge your steripen in about 3 to 4 hrs. The key to faster charging is how much the big yellow ball is shining.
