Write your question here...are these low rise pants? or do they sit high on the waist? If they don't fit properly can I return them for a different size?

This is definitely not a low rise pant. If you are look for a convertible that is lower rise than this pant, check out the Paramount Porter Convertible. It has a fitted waist instead of an elastic waist and is lower rise.
